These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Scanner app ("App"). By using our App, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the App immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any future updates we may make. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of those updates.

2. Description of the App

Scanner is a scanning app that allows users to:

• Create scans of documents or any other images scanned through the scanner.
• Organize scans into different folders.
• Optionally access paid features, such as unlimited folders and iCloud sync for data storage across devices.

3. Paid Features

The App offers both free and paid features. Paid features may include, but are not limited to:

• Unlimited folder creation.
• iCloud sync for secure data storage and cross-device access.

By purchasing a paid feature, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for paid features unless required by law.

4. Data and Privacy

The App collects and processes data to provide the service effectively. By using the App, you agree that your data may be stored locally on your device and, optionally, on iCloud if you enable the iCloud sync feature. You retain full ownership of your data. We do not have access to your personal data unless you explicitly share it with us.

5. User Obligations

By using the App, you agree:

• To provide accurate and truthful information when adding scans.
• Not to use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical activities.
• Not to attempt to disrupt or harm the App or its functionality.
• To comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws in connection with your use of the App.

6. Limitations of Liability

The App is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any scanned data stored or displayed by the App. While we strive to maintain a reliable service, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from:

• The use or inability to use the App.
• Any inaccuracies in the scanned data.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unauthorized activities. You may also terminate your use of the App at any time by ceasing to use it and uninstalling it from your device.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to software code, logos, trademarks, and design elements of the App, remain the property of Penguin. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

9. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
